Company Profile:

Our client is a company operating in the jewelry sector, focused on large-scale distribution, with a production site based in Bangkok, Thailand. We are currently looking for an on-site Production Manager to join their team.

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to ownership, the main responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and training production staff; organizing and supervising work while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
• Maintaining the production logbook for monitoring and control purposes;
• Defining and implementing standard work procedures;
• Reviewing and optimizing production processes;
• Selecting materials, goods, tools, and machinery to be used or introduced;
• Driving efficiency and productivity within the production team (140–150 people);
• Monitoring the flow and distribution of materials and goods in the warehouse;
• Planning and managing the production budget.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or degree in Industrial/Management Engineering;
• Proven and significant experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies in the jewelry industry;
• Good command of English, both spoken and written;
• Willingness to relocate to Thailand.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, open to dialogue, and innovation-oriented, with the ability to align with the company's mission and guide the team toward its goals.
